About COMPTEC 140 FLUSH

CIBUM COMPTEC 140 FLUSH is a specially formulated PAO-based flush oil designed for cleaning compressors in the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is used during maintenance procedures to  remove contaminated oils or when converting from conventional industrial lubricants to food-grade lubricants. The formulation contains detergents that effectively dissolve varnish, sludge, and other residues inside the compressor system.

Directions for use:

  1. Drain the compressor of the used oil as completely as possible.
  2. Fill with CIBUM COMPTEC 140 FLUSH and operate the compressor for 25–50 minutes.
  3. Replace the oil filter and separator filter.
  4. Drain as completely as possible.
  5. Refill with the designated compressor lubricant.

 

Compatibility:

Suitable for compressors operating with PAO, PAO/AN, PAO/ESTER, Mineral, Mineral/AN or Mineral/Ester oils. Not compatible with polyalkylene glycol (PAG) oils. For PAG-based systems, use CIBUM COMPTEC 155 FLUSH FLUID.
