CIBUM FOOD-GRADE RELEASE AGENT is formulated to provide pasta and dough from sticking to surfaces made of metal, wooden or plastic materials.
In addition, it performs as a protective anti-rust film on metal surfaces and as a “light lubricant” where there is a very high possibility of contamination with food products. Even as a release agent at high temperature applications the product out-perform most of the other products on the marked. CIBUM FOOD-GRADE RELEASE AGENT is designed with the highest quality ingredients that comply with FDA regulation §27 for 3H applications.
