CIBUM FS PURA-GEL 3H is a food-grade grease developed to meet the demanding lubrication requirements of most types of food-processing equipment. The silicate thickener combined with the special vegetable based 3H fluid and additives package.
CIBUM FS PURA-GEL 3H is neutral in odour and taste. CIBUM FS PURA-GEL 3H is specifically designed to be clear and translucent to minimize the visual impact if incidental contact occurs on the product or the packaging. CIBUM FS PURA-GEL 3H is also acceptable for use as a Release Agent on grills, ovens, loaf pans, boning benches, chopping boards, meat grinder, or other hard surfaces in contact with meat and poultry food products to prevent food from adhering during processing.
CIBUM FS PURA-GEL 3H is recommended for grinding equipment, as a mounting gel and for bearings where direct food-contact will be unavoi-dable.
